ur cheapest way out and best way is to buy a heat pump wall unit…….they now make them for residential usage and they look very nice! small wall units that go up to 35,000 btu heat! check with ur local HVAC company…..come in 2 or 3 colors…..we have used them 6 times or more on additions and remodels….

I suppose this would work on tilework on the splashwalls (not on the tile work in the floor, if you have it). What you are doing is sealing the tiles from intrusion by water etc., much like applying a varnish or polyurethane to wood. This process will have to be repeated, since water will eventually cut through the wax. I’d suggest applying a good grout sealer first, then if you want to “shine” the tiles with wax, fine.
